Core Counseling Services, LLC is an in-network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Blue Choice Preferred PPO, Blue Options/Blue Choice Options and Anthem EAP. 

Out of network and self-pay clients are also accepted.

You are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance carrier before your session to understand any co-payments or costs for which  you may be responsible.  Co-pay and/or co-insurance is due at the time of service.  If you do not have insurance or Core Counseling Services is not in your insurance network, you are responsible to pay the fee in full unless otherwise arranged.  Payment to Core Counseling Services may be made via cash, check, credit card, Stripe or SquareCash.

Questions to consider when contacting your insurance regarding benefits and coverage include:

• What are my mental health benefits?

• What are my co-pay and co-insurance amounts (if any)?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my insurance cover?

• What monetary amount is covered per session?

• Do I need a prior authorization from my primary care physician?

Cancellation and No-Show policy: If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full session fee. Please be aware that this fee will not be covered by your insurance carrier. 

Any outstanding balance is due by the 30th of each month and will automatically be charged if not received before this date.

Currently, Core Counseling Services, LLC does not offer forensic psychiatry or functional assessment services.  CCS can collaborate with a client’s treating physician (usually a psychiatrist or a primary care physician) or other qualified mental health professionals in support of a client’s disability claims; however, CCS does not complete the assessment or documentation requested by employers or government agencies.
